This texture is a decommissioned lvmpd charger. Now you too can drive an ex-police vehicle.
Installation:
(GTAV\update\x64\patchday11ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5). Lets say for example that you want to replace this with police2. First search up police2 in top right corner. Now click police2.ytd. Look for chr2_sign_1 and replace that. Now exit and save. The texture should now be in your game enjoy!

Aren't decommissioned vehicles supposed to have all the equipment stripped? I see emergency lights all over the car.
