I do not do texture mods and there was no read me :/
So I have no idea where to put it.
@iTzKevinFTW its in the readme that says go to where you put the 99 CVPI model and Charger RT model in openiv and replace the police sign textures with the pic provided

I like the fact that it says Blaine County. It's nice.
I'm glad that i'm not the only person who thinks that Blaine County Sheriff's cars should be earth tones.
