I made some liveries for Mario's Vapid Victor based on police vehicles from some animated shows.

There are 3 Liveries included:
Roadkill County Sheriff's Office (Gravity Falls)
Quahog Police Department (Family Guy)
Springfield Police Department (The Simpsons)

Installation:
Download the original vehicle mod:
https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/vapid-victor-pd-sd-taxi-civilian
Then just import the liveries into:
Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/victor/dlc.rpf/x64/vehicles.rpf/vvpi.ytd
