What it includes:
Airport Security CVPI

*If The following Folders/files are not in your "Mods" Dir; Please create them and or copy the orignals over. (DO NOT MOVE... YOU MUST COPY)

How To install:
Navigate to: \Grand Theft Auto V Root Dir\mods\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
Drag and drop any files in. (EXCLUDING THE EMERGLIGHTS.PNG)
----------OPTIONAL------------
I Including a template to replace the lightbar with ORANGE LIGHTS. (IT will STILL Flash red and blue, but it gives it a bit of a difference)
To install Navigate to:
\Grand Theft Auto V Root Dir\mods\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\police.ytd\
Replace the old Emergelights with the one in the pack.
Save, Quit, Play and Enjoy!

you think you can take the rack off the top and create a taxi cvpi, not sure why nobody has done that? if you guys can create a car with lights on it, cant you just take off the rack and make a taxi texture for a cvpi taxi? right now im using the slicktop as my taxi with custom taxi skin, works out for me minus the big laptop in the front. 5 stars for this btw.
