Changes the GTAV intro into the Vice City Commodore 64 style intro, changes the menu background music to Vice City's intro music and changes the load screens to Vice City's load screens.
I have recreated the PS2 load screens in HD, so if you'd like some HD Vice City wallpapers then just let me know!
--INSTALLATION--
Comes as a .OIV installer for ease of use with OpenIV, if you use a mod manager then just extract the .OIV archive as you would a .ZIP file as all .OIV archives are, are renamed .ZIP archives.
--CREDITS--
You may use these signs in YouTube videos or in showcases but please give credit if you do so, thank you.
