Most vehicles make way for Emergency Services. Simple enough, right? Well, I guess not for Rockstar. This mod actually makes the trucks pull over. I know I and many other LSPDFR and Rescue Mod fans hate it when trucks do not pull over, so this fixes exactly that with one file.
INSTALL:
1. Start OpenIV
2. Go to update > update.rpf > common > data
3. Replace handling.meta with the one provided
4. Done!

I have a mod that already changes the handling.meta installed. Is there a certain line I can replace that will change this? Or do I have to replace the handling.meta whole?

@dbeehler Yes just replace the handling meta. Because in that file is also how to ai drives and reacts to the situation.
@DevinKan Hi! Nice mod! I was actually trying to find a mod that WON'T pull the cars over... Because each time I activate the siren they all go crazy and it's annoying... Do you mind doing a mod that deactivates the pull over stuff? Thanks

Hi, I've already modified my handling.meta file and I was wondering if the figure you modifies was changing the AI handling from Truck to Average for any truck you want to have stop or pull over? After comparing the vanilla and yours, that's the only consistent thing I saw that was changed.

i just replaced your file with mine and its not working, do i have to have lspdfr and RPH for it to work or can Franklin joy ride in a police car to test it ?
does this only stop the traffic on the opposite side, and nothing on your side ?
Can you do something that fixes the pedestrian reactions to the sirens or the airhorn. Especially at intersections to make them either cross faster or run away in the other direction away from you! This used to occur in GTAIV but in GTAV its like the Pedestrians dont care when they hear a siren or so much as a yelp! But if you almost hit them they react to that!
