This Mod changes the Special Abilities of Michael, Franklin and Trevor.
Look at the Screenshots to get a Idea how it looks.
The Idea is to make Michaels Bullettime and Trevors Rage more RDR2 like with the Kill Cams having the same Screen Effect as their Special Abilities. The Green & Red Filter makes Blood & Wounds look even better.
Franklins Ability is not green anymore (check the Screenshots) and has more Bloom and other Effects. In the Screenshots you can see the Effects of the Kill Cam Mod aswell, which is required.
This Mod requires you to make some Changes on timecycle_mods_4. If you dont feel comfortable changing Values yourself, make a Backup of that file.

If not can you make it where I can use this on any ped with franklins special ability.

Everytime I try to enter a car after taking cover my game freezes. is ther a fix for that or an alternative to script hook V.
