As of now, I am unhappy with the current state of the mod, that's why you aren't able to download San Andreas Traffic. However, I am currently working on a complete overhaul.
"The major second-hand car market of San Andreas finally updated its assortment of cars driving around and an LSPD spokesperson told us that therefore the number of grand theft autos dramatically increased all across the state. As an adequate answer, the spokesperson said that the law enforcement authorities of San Andreas started to patrol the streets of San Andreas. Also, the LSPD announced to use their various unused police vehicles to fight crime more effectively."

This mod is an edit of the popgroups.ymt, popcycle.dat and dispatch.meta file,
responsible for which cars and how many are spawned in traffic and controlling which police units are spawned during wanted levels.
Features:
-gerneral overhaul of all main vehicle spawning groups
-various DLC vehicles until Lowriders update will spawn in traffic
-LSPD patrolling LS with Police Cruiser, Buffalo and Interceptor
-LSSD patrolling Los Santos County, Blaine County and highways with Sheriff Cruiser and Granger
-improved wanted level system police spawning
-support for both LSPD Vehicle Pack and Sheriff & FIB Replacement Pack by Captain14
-support for mpimportexport in SP
-various unique truck trailers used in missions are now spawning naturally in traffic > see section 'Truck Trailer Add-On' in the ReadMe

@LATERUIK Decided to remove the download as I'm not happy with its current state. I'm currently working on a complete overhaul of San Andreas traffic, though. No ETA yet & I got no idea when 2.0 will be released as editing those files is a very boring, time-consuming & repetitive work.
@prince_linus I have a suggestion. Take the traffic popcycle from the RDE mod. Those guys use most of these files anyway. It'd be nice to have that as a standalone if they let you do that.
@Think_Tank Okay, never tried RDE but I'll see what I can do the next days.
@blinkt That's strange. Try installing popcycle.dat and popgroups.ymt again by replacing the files with right-click + 'replace' instead of simply dropping them.
@prince_linus That's Realism Dispatch Enhanced (Just making sure you know, you won't find it by searching for RDE).

When do you think you will be adding support for IVPack?

I'm currently busy with school and working on something else at the moment, but support for IV Pack is definitely coming. Also, I'm thinking of recreating San Andreas Traffic from the ground up, with way more vehicle groups, denser/lighter traffic depending on the area and time of day and so on. So yeah, I'm not sure if I should add IV pack support now if I'm reworking San Andreas Traffic anyway.
hmmm weird.. i installed the version where MP vehicles spawn but... i'm getting just a very small variety of vehicles and like no dlc vehicles.... i already have the population variety on maximum. Help?
ok quick update... everytime i restart gta 5 i get a completely different variety..... i don't think it's normal

Do you have vehicle mods installed? Sounds like the typical memory issue for me if you're installing custom vehicle models with a bigger file size than the default V cars.
@prince_linus no problem, and no i even reinstalled it but it still didn't fixed it however
@Flaker Novade Strange. What happens if you're using the popgroups.ymt located in the 'Standalone' folder?

@Flaker Novade Install the original popgroups.ymt and see if the bug this occurs though I can't really believe this has to do with the popgroups.ymt file.
Also, I'd suggest to open settings.xml with Notepad++ or any similar text editor in Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V and search for this line:
<VehicleVarietyMultiplier value="1.000000" />
Now, increase the value to 2.000000 or 3.000000 and again, see if the bug still occurs.
@prince_linus hmmmm, well i created a new savegame and after the prologue where i was in los santos it works... i think it has something to do with the story. Anyway, great mod ;D
