Welcome to Revolt's Visual Upgrade. A great addition to the GTA 5 visual world.
This is a new project of RVU. Legacy version has 2k downloads and 4 stars
I'm not the best at screenshots. Feel free to take them and send them to me! They do not currently represent the mod in it's current state. Much has changed since then. (Such as blue sky, pink tint. etc)
VISIT HERE for older versions, and alternate versions such as better performance. Universal version for all games is available there, too.
You may also experience faster downloads
Modification includes a VERY customized ReShade setup, including ENB and other file modifications.
What's so special? With my customized ReShade setup, I include never before seen 3rd party effects. This helps because it is much faster and very editable providing a pin point perfect visual solution.

A crash is occuring if you use the included effects. Only use the visualsettings,dat file, and do not use any other. ReShade/ENB is fine though.

Removed better performance version since I mixed it with the current one. Fixed up visualsettings.dat, and ReShade.
You need to update all files with this new hotfix update. Thanks!
@ItsRevolt Sorry for any naivety but from your instructions (point 8), what does 'Follow the path inside "VisualSettings and ExplosionFX" to install my special effects' mean? Thanks!
@ryban83 i have the exact same problem
@odarow I tried matching files from VisualSettings and ExplosionFX to ones that could be overwritten in the GTA V folder and sub folders but cant find anything definitive...If I find something that works i'll let you know :)

You should put the files from my download into that archive using OpenIV.
Same goes for everything else :)
@itsRevolt sorry man I really dont understand what you mean by that. Inside the VisualSettings and ExplosionFX map there are these maps: update.rpf/common/data but i am not cleat on what to do with the files inside the data folder
@odarow Copy them to your GTA 5 folder (In the same hierarchy) using OpenIV

Hey, installed the mod, fellowing 100% of your instuctions, and understanding it at 100% but when i start the game, it crashes..
@ItsRevolt So I installed everything, including the effects, that I just noticed the post about the crashing... How can I remove the effects without destroying my game?
@ItsRevolt In step 9 you say, " Rename "ReShade64.dll" to "dxgi.dll"' Where is this located?
