This mod adds new alternative voice lines in Russian for Armenian Mob peds (originally imported from GTA 4)
The idea is to give the game more diversity in realism, especially when you have a lot of people of Armenian descent that speak Russian as a second or third language.
The peds will now encounter in Russian mixed with English, in a new-fashioned way
Installation:
1. To view the revoiced ped, you first should add him to the game as he doesn't appear on default (Only via trainer)
Head to the "Enhanced Scrapyard" folder and copy the popgroups.ymt to
mods-update-update.rpf-x64-levels-gta5
2. Then go to OpenIV and open mods\x64\audio\sfx\S MINI GAN.rpf (If you don't have the rpf file, copy it via
Edit Mode from your root folder (x64\audio\sfx\S MINI GAN.rpf)
Then drag & drop the awc files from "sounds" folder
What's New 2.0 (MAJOR UPDATE):
- Fully replaced & updated audio
- Added new optional ped replacement (as g m m armgoon 01 does not have default voice lines)
- Previous sounds have been edited & equalized to match the rest of the ambient environment
- Enhanced Rogers Salvage and Scrap in La Puerta (Armenian Mob Default Location)
- (Optional) Larger presence of the mob in Downtown Los Santos (Textile City & Simmet Alley Market)
Version 2.1 -
- Updated some of the missing voice lines
Version 2.2 (HOTFIX) -
- Added popgroups.ymt file to view the revoiced main ped on default
- Updated Instructions

@vasimontana I am from Armenia and I want to say that this is absolutely amazing. Finally giving the peds/gangs a proper language unfortunately not in Armenia, but still, we speak a lot of Russians( It is our second language), and seeing this in GTA V. Feels like home to me.
Hey good job man! I do similar conversions like this with the voice lines, and I can agree this makes the gangs sound so much better!
I've been waiting the longest for someone to do a gang import of all the GTA IV gangs to replace all of V's gangs. Nice work! keep it up.

@Dimitri_Rascalov Oh I'm planning to convert all the GTA IV Russian mafia models into GTA 5 sometime in the near future! Next, I am working on the law enforcement overhaul, and I'm about to release the Italian MOB here on this site in the next couple of days once I finish some spawn points. So, the Russian dudes will be available in GTA 5 someday, I can guarantee you that.
@WolfFire23309 Awesome wolf, I look forward to it. I want to use your hustler mod cause they look great but I use WOV and I think it would conflict without a replacer. I definitely look forward to the Italians being here, are they going to be replace or addon?
@Dimitri_Rascalov They are going to be an addon like the hustlers. However, you can always use the addons as a replacer if you know what the files to rename, replace, and edit. Some people are using my Hustlers models themselves without the spawn point edits and voice lines, etc.
@WolfFire23309 Ill take a look, thanks for the info. I saw your Jamaican gang deal on your patreon, wondering do you do requests from your Patreon members? Other than just the gangs, it would be cool to have the antagonists from IV added into V as well. Ray Boccino, Ray Bulgarin, Dimitri Rascalov, Timur, Pegarinno etc would be a great addition.
@Dimitri_Rascalov Well, I don't really do requests at the moment as I normally just work on whatever catches my interest at the time. However, I do plan to convert some main GTA IV story characters in between my gang conversions. Much like how I converted Tony McTony, even though he was not my main focus. I just used him to test my facial animation skills and show what I can do. I am pretty good at it now though, and plan to just convert models at random when I am working on big conversions like the next one with the law enforcement. Plus, I like to make it a surprise from time to time for you all :)
