This is a reshade for combination of Mvga,NVR and VisualV.This reshade will reduce your fps by 15-20 fps so make sure your pc can handle it.Please Do Not Copy My reshade without my permission thanks for downloading it.
I use somo optional for NVR and VisualV here is it

2.Brighter Vehicle Tail Lights
3.Different Rain Puddles (Less Rain Puddles)
4.Trash Modifier

Why you upload this?. Looks like a maxed out color preset. I mean no harm, but this looks crap.
This is a color thing not a good reshade more colors more bad When you make Reshade Presets please try making them Realistic
