When i tried to install it from Packega Installer, it says: "This package cannot be installed into "mods" folder because it does not affect any RPF archives." and it doesnt install the oiv version, please fix this problem

How do i install this mod? there's no "props lev des lev.rfp" folder after "x64c.rpf levels gta5"
