This mod increases the Peds and traffic, as well as the variety of them, to really make Los Santos feel alive. Compatible with all other mods, but doesn't work online.

looks the same. & your supposed to put everything in documents right?
Also, do higher settings cause Traffic jams?

Almost no car spawn on street when I play as Franklin, but it's fine with Michael
So i added the highest level and my basic gaming pc ran the game with that 99999999 file but did not notice a difference in ped traffic or cars.
