Hi, I found a lot of billboard mods but no tutorial on how to make your own billboard using your own pictures.
That's why I did two things:
1. My own billboard mod, mainly to showcase the mod itself.
2. A tutorial on how to do your own custom billboard (simple instructions in a text file).
The mod customizes the the three big posters at Hookah Palace.

Hi dude , thanks for this tutorial , I have a question , I wanted to do it with my own pictures and I did as you said , but when in game I go near hookah palace game crashes. What can i do?
hi dude , now I know what is wrong here ,at level 13 of process , first one , when i click on replace and i want to choose those 2 files , it doesnt let me choose both , it only accepts one file for replace ,not 2 files . would you help me here please?
