-Changed the street advertising signs to Chinese storefront advertising signs
-Changed some large advertising signs on the street
-Billboards with horizontal scrolling
-Billboards with vertical axis scrolling
-Billboards that play sequential frame videos
-All modified billboards can light up at night
-Some street billboards have the characteristic of reflecting ambient light

For OpenIV modPackage:
1. Install OpenIV - http://openiv.com/WebIV/guest.php?get=1
2. Run OpenIV, click Tools -> ASI Manager and install ASI Loader and OpenIV.asi.
3. Click Tools ->Package Installer and choose 中国风_HKC0001002003.oiv
4. Choose Install to mods folder.
