My first attempt at anything for GTA 5. Made possible by SPG Layout Editor.

Installation
Open the zip and extract to, or copy the folder from the zip into the SinglePlayerGarage folder inside your scripts folder
Current File
Just an added garage location for SPG, no cars stored in the garage.
Location
9 Floors of 10 car sots
Garage door next to Los Santos Customs, a couple blocks away from Tinsel Towers.
Version 1.5
File - Made changes to first garage realizing that the unique id of the cfg for each floor was also the same for another garage, should just be able to copy the new files over the old and the cars you stored will still be there. To avoid having to buy the garages again go inside SPG_UserData.sav file with a text editor note pad or word pad and change the UID to the slightly altered ones.

24 Car Repair next to the Los Santos Customs that Franklin can buy. See the pictures to see that the covered area behind the gas station is a makeshift garage entrance.

- 4 Instances of 10 car slots.
- LS Customs parking lot under the overpass see pictures.
If you want to do what I did and store the large dump truck, please wait until you will be storing the dump truck in car slot 7.
***IMPORTANT***
Please remember this is an instanced area if you leave it without exiting the garage pressing f5 to call a car will not work, and the game will act as if you're still in the garage. Also you can not use this garage to avoid the cops they will see you. You have been warned.

@guiclaud you need the mod from here https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/single-player-garage, with his install requirements, plus the additional windows featured listed just under the install instructions. Once you have all that, you take my garages and add them to the SinglePlayerGarage folder inside the scripts folder.
@Drklng @Drklng Hi did you just edit the layout_outside...Nice work to
@tom_nods yeah I used the layout editor and set a new outside area, since its a load area for the inside, but then I also had to go into the cfg file for each floor and make sure to fix the UID for each floor to make sure not getting 2 garages for the price of one. Thank you but its really just menu driven by SPG mod after you take the files from another garage and make a new folder with a new name, then you can go in game and pick out a new spot for the garage.
Wait SPG still works? Last time I used it it didn't work and when it did work it was buggy as shit crashing 98% of the time.
It's working for me 98% of the time, the only time I get it acting up is after standing outside and spawning vehicles and loading up 3 floors at a time, or if I used a trainer to make a car persistent then tried to drive it into the garage or if I have Open All Interiors installed which I don't really care about having.
Version 2.0 is Pending, New Location added LS Customs down near the warehouse area. Please read the important section of the update, this is an instanced outdoor parking area. If you do no exit the garage the game will still act like you are in the garage.
Thank you for all the likes and downloads, the quick number of downloads might have been caused by so many updates in such a short time so are redownloads. Even if it is redowloads, to see 115 downloads in a day is still nice to see thank you again.

@Drklng just had a go on making a garage for a house in the mountains i copied one of the file from the maker i used a coordinates mod to find the coordinates but after editing it layout_outside when i load the game i go to where i put the sign to be it says buy garage but it buys the file garage i copied am i missing something out ....
@tom_mods - you made the same mistake I made with my first garage, what you need to do is go into the cfg file for each floor of the garage and change the unique id number, can be as simple as just adding a number or letter at the end. Once you change that, then you will only get the new garage not both.

Sadly unless mlg does finally get someone to take it over, SPG does appear this is dead, which means I now have to find some other way to store my cars and makes my only upload to the site now worthless.
@Drklng Nice idea the parking lot works quite well, I always found it a bit odd that there's no parking in GTA games as standard. These three garages are great mate nice job.

@Drklng Well there's two ways downgrade the game build or do what I've commented on the Single Player Garage (SPG) BETA 0.5 Fixed download check it out.
No matter what SPG File i download and install nothing seems to change when i play..I have ScriptHookNet and ScriptHook If anyone knows a fix for this please tell me :) Thanks -Fandor
