Halloween ENB Mod. Makes your game at day atomic green and at night blood red.... Have fun and happy halloween.
This mod works with ENBSeries v0.351 or higher
Install:
Put all files from "WrapperVersion" folder in your main GTA folder.
After that put my ENB settings in your main GTA folder.
ENB is a open source tool created by Boris Vorontsov

I get the atmosphere you're looking for but the green tint is pretty horrible other than that I like it
