Install:
1.) use openIV and navigate to mods\update\update.rpf\x64\data\cdimages\scaleform_frontend.rpf\
2.) backup the file "loadingscreen_startup.ytd" (there is also a standard backup version in this package)
3.) replace the file "loadingscreen_startup.ytd"
4.) thats it, lunch GTA V ;)

@A-12T99 I am also on latest but i can see the loading screen and i think other users here too. Did you edit the file you copied into mods folder? it only shows up for couple secs and then it will switch to the other screens during load
Yes I copied into the mods folder.But I never saw it. :/

i've installed it but i still get the same gta picture on startup :(
any fix? used the files on both mod section in openiv and the other one outside of mod just to make sure she will come up when i start the game but still the same pictures coming up.. not her
