Make sure you do all of these steps or it will not work!
Installation:
Download and install addon props and place both prop files in
Grand Theft Auto V>mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>addonprops>dlc.rpf>props.rpf
In the props editor, set the LOD to 500 and textures embedded.
The XML document in the "Menyoo map folder goes into GTA V>menyooStuff>Spooner
Go into manage saved files and select "load placements"
The model was done by Shane K. on Sketchup
Model textured by me

when i load placement it spawns me in the middle of ocean lol @batman78
spawns me in the water outside of the pier for some reason
@JohnnyTurbo @NewAceYity I just reinstalled it and it works. If you didn't add the props and the def props to props.rpf it won't work. You get the def props after adding the props to the props editor.
@batman78 I added the files that were provided theres another step I wasn't aware of?
@JohnnyTurbo No, I reinstalled GTA V recently and reinstalled this and it works fine. Are you having any other issues installing other props or did you not add or type in <Item>dlcpacks:\addonprops\</Item> correctly?
I just double checked dlclist.xml, and addonprops is there, and correct. I re copied all the props into props.rpf in my addonprops folder, and it still spawns me out in the water with no drawable objects. Same with your batcave, but I had that one working at one point. I'm not sure what could be conflicting with it?
