The building can be used on menyoo or codewalker as an object/prop.
How to install in FiveM:
- Open Codewalker
- Import the .ydr and the .ytyp
- spawn a new prop and name it "building1"
- place your building prop where you want it to be
- save all files and put it into a stream folder
- now your have your building ingame
How to install in SP:
- Open OpenIV
- Drag and drop files to addonprops DLC pack.
- Add the mod with the addonprops exe by using the following settings:
LodDist 0
Flags 0
S.A 0
propname: building1
Textures Embedded
Get AddonsProp here: https://gta5-mods.com/tools/addonprops
Follow the instructions in the README file of the AddonProps mod if you are unsure.

@domax dude I need this do u know how to make addonprops work alongside another props mod? (I currently use increased props for my map making)

I thought you would be uploading some fruits and vegetables, maybe next time then.
@harryrippa my internet was broken the last 3 days and I could only make the models that I have on my PC and I couldn't find the fruits and vegetables, I'm sorry, but next time :)

@DomaX hey if i find an ingame prop to replace this with instead of using add on props, would you consider updating it to this mod? I would like to use your prop for my maps but addonprops doesnt work with the increased props mod i use to build maps.
