Uses Map Editor:https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor
Installation:
Place "world" file inside of your GTA V main directory. Than launch your game and open Map Editor "F7" and Load the map with "world".

Known Bug:
-Somethings do not spawn properly, I think it's because of the distance between each location... sometimes the heli's don't spawn or the weed flips the car, so if anything like that happens just reload the map at the location of the place that didn't load properly.

@Quakex64 SA? it's LS and i though of calling it something like more scenarios or something like that.
'LS' stands for Los Santos, which includes the the southern part of the map up to the peaks at the Observatory and the 'Vinewood' sign. Everything north of that is 'Blaine County'
The map as a whole lies in the fictive state of 'San Andreas'. So 'SA' would be the correct name in this case.
@map editor fan But you have Paleto Bay in one of them, and that is Blaine County
well whatever you do, @map editor fan , just change the name to something other than "world enhancements" because these are basic scenarios, or 'scenes'
