Hi All,
Another experimented project using the objects in the game as I love to design stuff.
Doubt I'm doing any more luxury homes.
May just do a beach and farmhouse and end there.
File is named after its address.
You need Menyoo for this to work!

Go to your GTAV Game directory > menyooStuff > Spooner
Drop the provided file in the link above and load placements.
My game is currently set in the LOWEST graphics settings... so it'll show better on most PCs
1.1 Fixed a gate that was out of cordinates.
1.2 Added and removed some props, replaced the doors, the driveway was too long so added an extension to the house.
