Hey, guys, I made this some months ago but didn't upload it, so I hope it will load smoothly on the current version and update cause I do not have time to fix it.

This is a YMAP map,does not require MapEditor nor Menyoo to load,
it will load automatically just like any other prop in the game without any loading time or limits thanks to sollaholla's YMAP converter,which you can find here:

Installation
1) Install Map Builder from :
https://el.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder
2) Copy and paste folder "custom_maps" to: update\x64\dlcpacks\
-Finally add "dlcpacks:\custom_maps\" in dlclist.xml using OpenIV to: update.rpf\common\data\
[Manual installation]
(if you already have "custom_maps" folder with other YMAP maps)
-VillaOceana.ymap & _manifest.ymf to:
update\x64\dlcpacks\custom_maps\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\_citye\maps\custom_maps.rpf\
Programs used : Menyoo - MapBuilder - Codewalker - Ymap Converter

Localisation ?
love it but the only thing is some items do not load in fivem
Has compatibility issues with online apartments. Walls and floors don't show up. If I remove OpenInteriors and Online Apartments mod, the ymap loads no problem. The house is really nice but unfortunately I dont use it anymore :( . I think it's more an issue with the other mods than this one.
where is the house on the map?

i got also a problem . . this looks like requiring updates after 1.41 since I only have skipped 1.48 . . it does not load the entire map that the shells of the house is lacking . . but this mod has a nice view
