Been working on this mod for quite a while now. This mansion is more towards crazy looking than realistic. Tried to make it super detailed and also worked really hard on the lighting part too.

You can add the plane and car inside the mansion by loading props.xml
There is car and peds menyoo file

6.Object Spawn Unlocker
[INSTALLATION]
(MENYOO)
1. Copy the Serenity-Villa.xml from the "MENYOO" folder
2. Paste the .xml file in Gtav/menyoostuff/Spooner
3. Enjoy!

2.Go to GTA V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/custom maps/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/citye/maps/custom maps.rpf, Copy the file here.

bro whats the point making addon version even if then also we need to install map builder. Their would definitely be huge fps loss then. useless mod
@saksham9911 The mansion is made with map builder, in the addon ver. also it works similar to a ymap. About the mod, it runs decent in low end pc also, I dont know what type of potato pc you use that cant run the addon ver.
