If you are fed up with seeing cracked concrete, dirty woodwork and rusty metal at the Sandy Shores Sheriff Station/ Medical Centre; then this mod is ideal for you. I have changed the game files so that the building is now red brick with freshly painted accessories.
I have fully re-texture both the interior and exterior of the building as much as I could but was unable to find the files for the LOD so the building is unchanged from a difference.
The only other issue that I know about is that the laptop and TV screen float, however you can chose which bits to install.
Please read the Read Me for installation instructions.
I hope you enjoy.
If you have any suggestions for improvements let me know and I will do my best to sort them out.
If you do not like the mod, then just use your common sense and remove it from your game.

Hello, I have a serious question for you Nick is there any chance you can provide the names of the texture locations for the pd. If so, I would appreciate that a lot because I am wanting to texture that myself and I cannot find the textures anywhere for that.
