Los Santos has fell into anarchy after a deadly Zombie virus that has put down most of San Andreas' Population and turned them into Zombies.
The Rockford Plaza is now a Insanely Safe Safezone for Refugees and Survivors seeking Shelter in the wild City full of dangers after the word has spread that the Military took control of it and made it a significant outpost.
