Hi I actually do not have much to say besides have fun with my mod and do not reupload without my permission.
How to install:
1:Put "Modern Mansion.xml" in Gta (main folder) / Menyoostuff / Spooner
2:open Open IV then navigate to:
-update/ x64 / dlcpacks / mpluxe / dlc.rpf / x64/ levels / gta 5 / props / luxe_props.rpf
Then replace lux_prop_cigar_01_luxe.ydr with white celing.ydr
-update/ x64 / dlcpacks / mpluxe / dlc.rpf / x64/ levels / gta 5 / props / p_champ_flute_s.rpf
Then replace lux_p_pour_champagne_luxe.ydr with brick celing.ydr
-update/ x64 / dlcpacks / mpluxe / dlc.rpf / x64/ levels / gta 5 / props / p_pour_champagne_s.rpf
Then replace lux_p_pour_champagne_s.ydr with brick celing.ydr
3:In game open menyoo go to spooner / saved files / Modern Mansion / load placement
Have fun ;)

@math999k hey it is easy spawn props attech them to each other and move them around i recomment a prop for your first house : huge_display ( a big black wall) ;)

@MAFINS I'm afraid your request doesn't fall under the "modern house" category, sorry *kappa*
@math999k you have to have my house installed with the prop replace etc.
Props: Dummy /(dst) sign / display / cigar / champ/ rug / sliding
( when you tipe the names in you will get a few props just scroll through them and you will find the prop that is perfect to build a house / apartment ;)

Hey man, I really like the look and feel of this house, my only problem is the garage/driveway. It's too sharp of a slope and doesn't feel spaced out. Otherwise, it's fantastic!
