Christmas was so 2016 xD but can you do this with just a double dicker garage, top level is a garage too?

@Mackop A garage directly next to the river? That's a little weird, but hey, not my call. Preference. I prefer the old, aged and bitter parking garages with cars that still park in them after 20-30 years. (like the underground ones?)
