Edit dlclist.xml from update\update.rpf\common\data
add this line
dlcpacks:\dlc\
fivem: installation method:
1: Find your server.cfg
2: Type ensure HKI_HKCEC
3: Find your server map file bob74_ipl
4: Find bob74_ipl\gtav\base.lua
5: Replace the file into base.lua to overwrite it.
6: Restart your server
