HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENTS!!!
INSTRUCTIONS IN DOWNLOAD.
Adds a few things to the highway such as car crashes, workmen fixing signs, police pulling people over and more...
its small for now but was made like that so i can keep improving over the next few days.
1 bug that a cant fix but not a big issue per say, is the scar folding is of the ground a little tried to fix but wont happen so dont mind it just now, if find anymore bugs just say in comments and i will fix, thanks.

@Yigit1256 yeah, id advise you to mess about about with map editor before uploading to gta 5 mods just so you know evreything about all the tools to use on it

can't load: tried both ways (auto loading and manual loading) but after LOADING... game crashes. I use pirated version :P

@Utkuakbs dont comment about mods not working when you dont even have a legit copy of gta 5, the mods fine, theres no reason for it to crash and doesnt crash for anybody else nor me.
