The map editor is required to install the mode !!
Open the map editor program select the load map option then select the file chooser
(Drop the file you ran out into gta 5) and then select Franklin Party House.xml
Waiting for the loading model post to disappear and ready good fun ... :)

@DESIGNERCRAZY Modes? You mean mods right? If it it mods you're talking about, then yes. Sadly though, it is tough to find mods for pirated versions. The Steam versions and store bought versions will accept any mod, as long as your PC can run it.

rating: 5 star, great mod, but i'm lagging, i think it can't be fixed so i'll buy the official game asap, as @Divine_Intervals said: "The only way to get GTA5 for free is mostly pirated versions. A Pirated version of GTA5 will not support mods like these. Just by the game on steam or at a store near you. This game is great and deserves to be bought." Yeah, it's the best game on Earth (i have ever played). So i'll buy it.

Everything is perfect but I dont like the way route to the rooftop parking. If you can remake it more logically, the access some how connect with the road it will be 200% perfect for me :)
