Forest mansion add-on sp
supplied with 2 versions
one normal and one high
the difference between the normal and high version is the number of lights installed which reduces the fps a lot
INSTALLATION:
Just add this line to your dlclist.xml after adding "forest_mansion" folder to your dlcpacks:
dlcpacks:/forest_mansion/
for those where the official version does not work try this one

looks cool and all but where the MLO? is this another house which is wet inside when it rains?
