Since this is your first mod, I won't attack you but I will give you feedback because it's bad:
1) Customize your peds and don't pick people at random.

2) Make peds perform animations

3) Place props properly, make it look realistic and just like with the peds; don't pick props at random.

4) Pick a realistic area, there would never be a market under a homeless bridge.

@TaylanOran Some peds in the chair are placed there by the game. Also thanks for the feedback. This time I was trying to have fun and make a decent lookin' map. Although, I feel like the area can work. But your right, there can be a more better area.

Like no offense but why is the entities count so high, like thats gonna cause a system to really chugg especially in the built up part of los santos
