I make it fast okay?
How to Install:
Go to your Main Gta Folder
Install Menyoo (https://de.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp)
Install RageHook (http://ragepluginhook.net/Downloads.aspx)
Install ScriptHook (http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/)
Install ScriptHookDotN(https://github.com/crosire/scripthookvdotnet/releases)
Install Menyoo (https://de.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp)
Go to MenyooStuff -> Object Spooner and put the file in the folder
Start RageHook and Press F8
Then press F8 again
And now is there a mod menu
Navigate to Object Spooner -> Manage Save Files -> Drunken Car Crash -> Load Placemants -> Now you can teleport to it.
