First u will need the Drag Meets Mod by Eddlm & Mkeezay30 - Drag Monsters Update 2.2.

Also obviously to work properly you need the Fukuoka Urban Expressway map by ON3FLY3R

1:Drop the "FukuokaUrbanExpressway1.xml" file into > Grand Theft Auto > scripts > DragMeets >Meets.
2:Done. The coordinates of the race are: "X -2563, Y 7686, Z 17.
