I spent the weekend making this with menyoo, It's just a big cabin surrounded by trails. The Ram is the bison 2 slot, so whatever you have in that slot is going to spawn. The trees that surround the cabin is Forests of Chilliad Map.
Anyone is free to edit and re-upload, no credits needed.
To install the xml version using menyoo you need to install using this path GTA Root/Menyoostuff/spooner
To install the ymap version you need to install the custom_maps dlc and use this path GTA V root/Mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/custom_maps/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/_citye/maps/custom_maps.rpf

Takes 0.9 steps to get version 1.0 maybe it's a good way to gain downloads!, don't get me wrong it can be a cosy cabin.
