Which border? Of LS and LS County? And the parking guard house ain't right for that anyway.
And what's the purpose of a small static scene like this, it neither does look realistic nor has it any use with normal gameplay.
@ParkYongLee I already did 10 map mods and some of them big some small and this one is one of the small once so if you have a problem than just don't download this map mod.
