Drag&Drop "xml" file into your gta 5 main directory
Open the game > F7 > load map > write the xml name ( omg.xml)

Location : Open mapeditor click first option ( enter/exit map editor ) then open map editor again F7 , then click load map and then click xml or find and then write/find the downloaded file , after it loads the map open map editor again and click current map current entitties then click or any and it will auto teleport
