You will need Map Editor - https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor
Drag xml file in your GTA 5 main folder where GTA5.exe at.
Load game > open Map Edior > Load File > xml > 2dollar
now your good to explore. Also might have some problems with doors. Atlest they had for me.

Very nice. Door do just fall of out of the world. Some objects get knocked over easily (like tables in computer room). Not sure if Map Editor 3 will enable a more interactive place. Is there any way to add wardrobe and other storage options?
