For those of you who can't get the L button in game to work. Make sure you have -both- the ScriptHookDotNet ASI file and ScripthookDotNet DLL file installed. As of the newest versions of ScripthookDotNet, both the ASI and DLL are required, where in the past, only one of them was.
When I had added both, AddonPeds worked like a charm.
