I'll keep updating it with new features.
With this tool, you can create, save and load vehicles. It has a more complex vehicle weapon builder and you can use any prop from the game.
Open the menu with F11.
It already comes with 4 vehicles I built. Load them in game and have fun.
You can save your vehicles and share.
You need to Install:

Version 1.3: Added the Remote Control Sniper System.
Version 1.2: Added the option to turn the car of the player invisible, or both.
Version 1.1: Added input prop name (for addon-props) and favorites tab.

I haven't played it yet, is the XML format you are using compatible with MENYOO's XML vehicle format, so that MENYOO's XML vehicle mod can be loaded seamlessly

Can I add taxi hats and police sirens to the cars?

Don't worked say 'Failed to load script assembly VEHICLEBUILDER.dll' on open console. I have removed this broken mod then started games error gone now.
Other mods still ok no error

@Wolves Hero Hello! It seems you are trying to use the mod with Script Hook Dot Net 3.7.0, when you actually need version 3.9.0 (Script Hook Dot Net Enhanced). Try that and tell me if it works.
@HermanDude didn't find newer release 3.9.0 still 3.7.0 from 2 days ago. I on Legacy not Enhanced. I tried older 1.2 not worked same 1.3

Script Hook V Dot Net v3.7.0 was don't worked on some mods same on ped selector.
