What's new:
- Radio support
- Open/close metro doors
- Tweak train speeds
- Tweaked GUI
- Hide GUI (Press F5 4 times)
Installation:
- Download and install Script Hook V
- Put the realisticTrainMod.asi and realisticTrainMod.ini in ".../Grand Theft Auto V/" folder.
How to use:
- F to enter/exit train
- W to throttle up
- S to throttle down
- J,K,L to brake Light, Medium or hard respectively
- Spacebar to change direction (Only works when speed is 0)
- Numpad 1 to open/close left doors
- Numpad 3 to open/close right doors
- Alt + I to reload ini file (Useful if you changed something and you don't want to restart the game everytime)
- F5 to change GUI position
- Everything can be customized in the realisticTrainMod.ini file!
If you use the metro:
- If realistic entering is enabled you now have to enter the train from the outside. (First door on the left)
- Metro doors usually open/close automatic, but you can open/close them manually with (Numpad 1 for the left side and Numpad 3 for the right side)
If you use the freight train:
- If realistic entering is enabled you have to be at the right door of the driver cabin to enter

- Realistic speed, acceleration and braking
- Realistic entering and exiting the train
- Radio support
- Open/close metro doors
- No AI, if you leave the train

also can you change the length of the tram?? tram should consist of 4 compartments atleast........
I like that mod because now with this mod the train is controllable but it need more:
* Switchable tracks (I want to drive with a train to quarry or somewhere else - there are lot of unused railway tracks in Los Santos
* Increased traffic - Possible to collide with slower train or even head-on collision.
* Realistic damage - So when I hit a road vehicle or other train, I can see the damage.
* Attaching/ Detaching cars - So I can complect my own train adding more cars and even multiple engines.
* Cargo - So I can add a Cargo into empty flatbed cars
* More train cars

great mod, I have a small problem though, I have installed various mods for GTAV, the f5 key is already assigned to another mod I'd like to keep, there is a way to change the key for activation? if you like, and where? thank you

Driving the train is lame. the train can not veer from track. Now making it possible to derail the train that i would like to see. Alot vanilla , lame mods that do absolutely nothing .isnt the the theme of gta 5 hinged on destruction and mayhem? And everyone wants to turn it into a theme park. Im sure some may think this post crude but the truth of the matter is alot of mods on here suck! Some might say make one yourself, sure i could but it doesnt change the facts that alot of mods here are just plane stupid. Not all some really good mods here but alot of lame ones too.

WTF!!! We can't save the game with this mod, that is bullshit. Fix yo shit. This is such a bad mod. There is a nice replacement mod that is so much better than this one and it offers derailment as well:

hi there , can you please tell me the native you used to toggle the tram doors open and close . i ll be very greatful . i m working on smth and i just couldnt make the tram doors open when i setthetrainspeed to zero .
