The First Ever Mod To Bring Stupidity to GTA V, Maybe?

This Mod aims to make Los Santos Stupid, Think of it You're walking through Streets (Even Though no GTA player does that) and suddenly some random NPC comes out of their car starts walking, you try to shoot them they dont even give a reaction, your gun even shoots a grandma, vehciles get anxious and start moving strangely you trip randomly yep that is what this mod does
EDIT THE INI FOR CUSTOMIZATIONS
Note: The reason for such bad quality and FPS in the video is that I play on a UHD 620 (very low end) and get around 30 FPS at 720p on lowest settings. Recording on such a GPU naturally tanks FPS, so the video has been sped up slightly for smoother viewing.

- Script Hook V .NET (Not Mine, by crosire and others)
- Lemon UI (Not Mine, by Justalemon)
- scripts folder (all lowercase)

Features:
- Has a UI menu with an Enable Stupidity option and a submenu for customizing all Dumbness.
- Has 5 Stupidity Options.
