This is a 1 to 1 replica mod of a Chinese 1980s style old house courtyard carefully restored and produced by the GTA Village Chief Team for GTA 5 Single Player offline mode

This 1980s old house courtyard map mod completely restores all real scenes of a typical Chinese rural old courtyard in the 1980s in 1 to 1 scale with full and realistic scene layout and architectural details
You can see red brick houses blue brick structures black tile roofs solid red wooden doors with traditional door god paintings pasted on them and wooden ladders inside the house
There are also green vegetables planted in the spacious courtyard and the whole scene perfectly reproduces the simple and warm life atmosphere of Chinese rural areas in the 1980s
All scenes are equipped with complete collision bodies and optimized textures bringing a highly realistic offline game experience full of nostalgic feelings
Now follow the steps below to install this add on DLC 1980s old house courtyard map mod
Step 1 Make sure you have installed the latest version of OpenIV tool and your GTA 5 is the official offline single player version keep the game updated to ensure stable compatibility
Step 2 Extract the downloaded ZIP mod package to your computer desktop or any easy to find folder you will get a complete DLC mod folder
Step 3 Open OpenIV software click the Edit Mode button in the top right corner to turn on editing function do not close the edit mode during the installation process
Step 4 In OpenIV navigate to the path of mods/update/x64/dlcpacks then directly drag and drop the extracted entire mod folder into this dlcpacks folder do not nest the mod folder into other subfolders
Step 5 Continue to navigate to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data path in OpenIV find the dlclist xml file right click it and select Edit to open the file editing interface
Step 6 Add the corresponding DLC loading text at the end of the dlclist xml file before the last closing tag make sure the content is entered completely and correctly
Step 7 Press Ctrl S to save the modified dlclist xml file then close the file editor and OpenIV software
Step 8 Launch GTA 5 single player offline mode load your game save you can use a conventional game trainer to teleport to the corresponding location or drive to the map placement area to view and experience this 1 to 1 restored Chinese 1980s old house courtyard map

I have been deeply interested in traditional Chinese architecture, cultural scenes and unique oriental style content for a long time, and I will keep releasing more rich and detailed oriental themed works in the future.

This map mod is for GTA 5 Single Player (SP) only, and requires custom DLC installation. It will not work on FiveM servers, GTA Online, or vanilla game installs without mod support.
Installation with OpenIV (most common method):
Download and install OpenIV, launch it, and enable Edit Mode.
Navigate to: mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/
Place the extracted map DLC folder into this directory.
Open: mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlcpacks/dlcpacks.xml
Add the following line at the bottom of the file:
<Item>dlcpacks:\[YOUR-MAP-FOLDER-NAME]\</Item>
Save the file, then launch GTA 5 in Single Player. The map will load automatically.
Installation with CodeWalker (alternative method):
Download and launch CodeWalker, open your GTA 5 game directory.
Go to the mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/ folder.
Import the map DLC folder into this path.
Open the dlcpacks.xml file in CodeWalker’s text editor.
Add the line <Item>dlcpacks:\[YOUR-MAP-FOLDER-NAME]\</Item> at the end.
Save the changes, close CodeWalker, and launch GTA 5 Single Player.
If you’re trying to use this on FiveM or GTA Online, it will not work due to platform restrictions. You need a server-compatible version for FiveM.
